It was founded by Mr. Thomas Mok who is by profession a practicing solicitor, certified public accountant and chartered secretary. Mok & Co., Solicitors strives for providing cost-effective, creative but pragmatic solutions, not merely academic bluff or equivocal options. It is aimed to match our clients’ business objectives and priorities. In the past 30 years, Mr. Mok held different positions in H.S.B.C., Dresdner Bank Group, Clifford Chance, Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), STAR TV Group (formerly an affiliate of Twentieth Century Fox and a News Corporation company), Golden Harvest Film Group, Huen & Partners and other companies. He was also a liquidator of over hundreds of private limited companies in Hong Kong for 5 years. Aside from private practice, he is a criminal prosecutor on Magistrates' Courts "B" Fiat List, Prosecutions Division, Department of Justice, Hong Kong S.A.R. Government.
